Wagwise is a brand of Pointerflow LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit wagwise or buy a guide.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email address, country and order details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Email signups: your email address, if you ask for the free quiz or updates.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure.
• Site analytics: we use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages (clicks, scrolling and page views, as anonymous session recordings and heatmaps). Clarity does not record the checkout or download pages, and text you type into forms is masked.
• Advertising measurement: we use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure which ads lead to visits and purchases. Meta receives the pages you view, a hashed version of your email address and name when you buy, your IP address and browser details, and order value. We never send your payment details.

How we use it

To deliver your guides, send receipts and download links, answer support requests, process refunds and, if you signed up, send the emails you asked for. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, our email provider (Brevo), Microsoft (site analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement). Each processes data on our behalf.

One-click offers

When you buy, Stripe securely saves your payment method so you can add an optional offer on the next page with one click. We only charge it again if you choose to add that offer.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each email. To see, correct or delete your data, write to support@pointerapps.net.
